Oh how long I have wanted to present my new website and photography blog! It seems like my journey to having my own proper website has been really long and hard. For a couple of years now I have been blogging with WordPress, a super great blogging forum which puts you forward and helps your work to get noticed on the internet. But every professional, and photographers especially, come to a point when you need more control over your brand, your presentation and your website. Which is why I now have built my website just the way I want it and are hosting it outside of WordPress. This means that for a while (hopefully not too long) I will have to work hard to work my way up to get noticed by potential clients. A couple of weeks ago I did a make up beauty shoot with a creative team in east London, and here are some of the images from the shoot. Our make up artist Margarida Marinho (www.magui.co.uk) created a really cool lip make up on our model Muriel. The photography shoot was a creative collaboration with the aim to get to know people in the industry and to try out new techniques in order to grow in our professions.
